By accessing or using Versilia Society ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Versilia Society is a digital discovery platform that provides information about restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, events, activities and related services in the Versilia coastal area of Tuscany, Italy. We also offer AI-powered concierge recommendations and booking assistance.

We do not operate or own the venues listed on the platform. Information is provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect the most current status of a venue (hours, prices, availability).

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
• Scrape, copy or redistribute content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse or impersonate other users or venue owners
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or its servers

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable, offensive, abusive or illegal user-generated content, or for abusive users. Reviews and messages are screened automatically, and you can report or block any user from within the App. We review reported content and remove anything that violates these terms, and may suspend or remove the responsible account, within 24 hours. By posting reviews or messages you agree to these terms and to our content standards.

Venue information — including opening hours, prices, menus, phone numbers and addresses — is sourced from public data, venue partners and third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy.

Always confirm directly with a venue before visiting, particularly for reservations, special events and pricing.

AI-generated recommendations and concierge responses are for informational purposes only. They are generated by large language models (OpenAI) and may occasionally contain inaccurate information. We recommend verifying any critical information (bookings, medical advice, legal matters) independently.

Venue owners who claim their listing on Versilia Society agree to provide accurate and truthful information about their business. Misleading content, fake reviews or deceptive promotions will result in immediate removal from the platform.

Versilia Society reserves the right to verify, edit or remove any venue content at its sole discretion.

All content within Versilia Society — including design, code, text, logos and the Versilia Society brand — is owned by Versilia Society and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versilia Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucca, Tuscany.
