Day One: Pietrasanta & Marina di Pietrasanta
Arrive mid-morning and spend the first hours in Pietrasanta's medieval centre. The Piazza del Duomo is unhurried before noon; visit the Museo dei Bozzetti and browse the marble sculpture studios on Via Stagio Stagi. Lunch at one of the piazza-facing restaurants, then head 15 minutes down to Marina di Pietrasanta for the afternoon beach. Dinner on the lungomare.
Day Two: Forte dei Marmi
A full day in Forte dei Marmi begins at your beach club of choice — book in advance. Lunch on the terrace, then a slow afternoon. As the sun drops, shower and move to the town centre: the pedestrian Via Spinetti is lined with designer boutiques and excellent gelato. Dinner at one of Forte's fine-dining restaurants, then a nightcap at Twiga or La Capannina if the mood takes you.
Day Three: Seravezza & the Marble Country
Drive 20 minutes inland to Seravezza, where Medici-commissioned marble quarries still operate in the Apuan foothills. The Palazzo Mediceo di Seravezza is a UNESCO-listed gem often entirely unvisited. Lunch in the village, then back to the coast for a final afternoon before departure.
