Pizzeria Da Manù was born when, during the full lockdown in 2020, my desire to cook returned. I started making pizza and focaccia at home, then moved on to making it at friends' houses. When I was out and about, many customers continued to compliment me on the pizzas I used to make at a well-known pizzeria in the area. All of this led me to work hard to open a pizzeria.
