Our cuisine, mostly based on fish dishes, varies depending on the catch. Among the most requested appetizers is the raw seafood, always available in summer, the seafood platter (5 tastings), the flandi leeks and artichokes on a cream of pecorino and bottarga, and the steamed seafood with vegetables in pinzimonio and fruit.
